With over 10 years experience in the IT industry, I’ve enjoyed success at venture backed internet start ups in the DC Metro area.
Introduced to Agile and Scrum in late 2002, I helped a financial services technology company transition from Waterfall while launching several multimillion dollar SaaS implementations. Our unique success combining Agile with SaaS earned recognition from InfoWorld in 2006.
Since then I’ve participated in Agile transitions in other start ups, mentored a series of Distributed Teams, and expanded my knowledge into areas such as Lean & Customer Development.
